Paper Route, an exhibition and sale of works on paper, features 18 artists from the Greater Baltimore area.
The exhibition centers paper as the primary site of creation, highlighting its accessibility and ability to hold both careful intention and spontaneous gesture.
Spanning print, collage, and painting, the exhibition brings together artists working with a wide range of imagery, techniques, and material approaches. The works on view have a broad range of subject matter between abstraction and narrative, highlighting paper’s role as a space for experimentation, iteration, and refined expression.
Together, these works reflect one part of the depth and diversity of Baltimore’s artistic community. The exhibition foregrounds a broad spectrum of voices and practices, offering a snapshot of the city’s vibrant creative landscape and the varied ways artists engage with process, narrative, and form through works on paper.
